Care: In it's natural habitat the fish inhabits clear, very soft water.

Temperature:24-28°C

Feeding: Live, frozen and flake food

Size: up to 8 cm

pH: 5.0-7.0

Breeding: mouthbreeder, difficult.

Sexual dimorphism: Males much more colorful, elongated fins. Females with a clear blue line ove the sides of the body.
