parvula , Link, 1827 Origin: North America, Cuba, Europe and Afrika, in coastal regions. Height: 8 cm Light: High KH: 2-15 pH: 6-7.5 T: 20-25 Additional: This plant usually grows badly in aquaria, and needs a lot of maintenance. Usually it will clog with dirt, or display really dense growth, causing the lower part of the plant to become brown. Frequently thinning the bushes is necessary. References: Baensch and Riehl..
